MOTS-C
MOTS-c is a mitochondria-derived peptide: its sequence is encoded in the mitochondrial DNA, within the MT-RNR1 gene, and not in the cell nucleus. It belongs to a relatively recently described family of signaling molecules, the mitochondria-derived peptides. It is being studied for its role in the regulation of energy metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and skeletal muscle function. At PurePeptides, MOTS-c is available in a pen and spray, with a purity greater than 98% and a certificate of analysis for each batch.
Pen: 30 mg of MOTS-c in 3 ml of solution (10 mg/ml) and 300 clicks; each click corresponds to 0.1 mg (0.01 ml).
Spray: 55 sprays per container; each spray contains 200 mcg (0.2 mg) of MOTS-c, 11 mg total.
Storage: refrigerated and protected from light
