Pure Peptides Return & Refund Policy
At Pure Peptides, we work with products intended exclusively for research purposes. Due to the nature of these materials, and in order to ensure the integrity, traceability, and quality of our products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or handled after delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Problematic Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

Products Not Eligible for Return
For safety, quality control, and traceability reasons, and without prejudice to any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law, we do not accept returns of:

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed and shipped.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, any return or refund request will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will, where possible, be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
